During this maintenance window you will experience some small connectivity drops across all sites. As we run an N+1 network infrastructure the outages should be very small (seconds) whilst we re-route traffic across other firewalls whilst we update the secondary device. During these small connectivity drops, new PINS will not get to the doors and therefore will not work. Once the network connections are re-established the retry process is automatic.
